My 24 season 4 tv series review part 1(art13)
24 (twentyfour) is the best show on tv its about the counter terrorist unit (ctu) based in los angeles a kind of cia terrorist fighting organisation.the shows in 24 parts with each part representing 1 hour in a day filmed in real time so the whole seasons episodes make up what happened in 1 24 hour day.Im going to recap here each of the episodes so fans can recall what happened in each hour and those that missed an episode can find out what happened,if youve never seen 24 season 1 was about a plot to assasinate the president of the unit states.season 2 was about terrorists plan to detonate a nuclear bomb in america,season 3 was about a biological weapon being spread all over america and season 4 has been about a plot to cause nuclear power stations to meltdown,crash airforce one the us presidents plane and to set off a nuclear bomb in america..ok so heres my recap of each episode i hope you like it please leave feedback by clicking the comments button at the end. 24 season 4 episode 1 set during 7-8am.. a man on a train has a briefcase cuffed to his wrist. avan is placed across the train line causing the train to crash,a man on a motorbike comes and cuts the briefcase from the train passengers wrist thus stealing the briefcase.someone on an fbi watchlist is spotted in la(los angeles) intelligence says today at 8am there may be an attack on us soil.Mrs driskle is in charge of ctu(counter terrorism unit) she fired jack bauer because he was addicted to heroin(in previous season story when undercover on an operation against terrorists so as not to blow his cover he took heroin and became addicted).Audrey is the woman jack is now seeing shes us defense secretary hellers daughter. audreys ex husband is paul.Thomas sherick a known terrorist is spotted in la so ctu are after him. middle eastern man with wife and son speak to sherick about the briefcase so theyre involved in the plot.up to 30 people killed in train crash.Beyrous young man about 18 years old is to take the briefcase to a warehouse then thomas sherick brings it to them.meanwhile a software thief spots nodes..data sent to corrupt the internet while hes messing about with computers in an office.Edgar stiles a new ctu member is a computer expert.chloe another computer expert at ctu is called by the young man who spotted the nodes and informed the language code looks middle eastern.Curtis a black manis another new ctu member.Ronnie has jack bauers old job..running field operations( a james bond kind of role). defense secretary heller goes to see his son taking hie enterage with him,his son richard is a campaigner against weapons makers.us president is on airforce one flying around.ronnie follows a lead to a dry cleaning place to ask about thomas and they catch him there with jacks help from back in the ctu building.729am richard told he has 6th grade michael moore politics by his dad.heller.Andrew who spotted the rougue internet code is back in his office people there have been killed and the killers are still there interogating someone he knows so he runs for his life 2 men chase after him he tells his mum by mobile phone to leave her house for her safety.Jack says thomas is a major handler and wouldnt risk exposure just for a train crash.754am audret tells paul her ex husband shes filling for divorce theyve been seperated for a year. thomas is interogated by ronnie back at ctu, to get results quicker jack breaks into the interogation room and shoots thomas in the leg he says that defence secretary heller is the real target for todays terrorist actions.when heller leaves his sons home a well planned attack on heller and his bodyguards by gunfire begins and hes captured by terrorists and put in a van and driven off. stolen briefcase is given to the middle eastern family man.
episode 2 set 8-9am.. senior policy analyst audrey raines and defence secretary heller transfered to another van.jack asks driskle to be reinstated but she detains him for torturing a suspect!.secret service failed to protect heller because he split from his set schedule to go see his son so somehow the terrorists knew this.internet corrupting code originated in turkey chloe tells jack. andrew tells his mum to leave her house terrorists likely to be listening in to his phone calls to trace him,andrew agrees to meet jack in 30 mins at atrain station. andrews mum killed in her home by terrorists. briefcase being taken to omar by beyrous.jack foces driskle to reinstate him so he can bring in andrew and help rescue heller and audrey his girlfriend.jack hasnt been in field ops for 1.5 years.debbie young girlfriend of beyrous tying to contact him but beyrous parents dont want him seeing an american girl.richard heller the defense secratarys son is taken to ctu for interogation.chloe doesnt get on with her boss driskle.heller realises jack must have a reliable source as he tried to warn heller just before he was kidnapped by terrorists so hes confident theyll be rescued. beyrous drives to warehouse and delivers the briefcase as hes leaving his girlfriend is there she followed him to see why he hasnt been contacting her recently so hes worried shes seen the location he took the briefcase too.back at ctu richard is given a polygrap[h test(lie detector test).beyrous father has spent years planning this days terrorist attacks,he wants debbie to come to his house when he finds out she may have seen beyrouse deliver the broefcase.846am at trainstation a terrorist intersepts andrew before jack arrives.ronnie and jack fight because ronnie wants backup.terrorists spot ronnie and shoot him jacj persues the terrorist that has andrew by car 857am heller is going to be broadcast on the internet ina webcast( an internet broadcast) they say in 3 hours hell be tried for crimes against humanity and if found guilty hell be executed.
part 3 set 9-10am us president thinks hellers kidnap may be trigger for other terror attacks.jack follows at distance the terrorist that has andrew in hope hell go to where defense secretary heller is held.terorists delibratly exits a motorway really late so jack has to go past to next chance to turn around.heller given list of charges against him to sign.915am sarah gavin.very attractive ctu worker helping on this mission.driskle asks president if assault on hellers location would be authorised if there was little chance of rescuing him alive. marianne black woman coming to start work at ctu.curtis went out with her before and doesnt trust her as she used him to get ahead in her career. jack asks chloe to steal sattelite coverage of canyons area the terrorist is heading towards.richard hellers polygrpah test on whether he told anyone his father the defense secretary was coming to his house is inconclusive so theyre tring to find out more from him.beyrouse knows his father will kill debbie his girlfriend if she comes to his house.928am richard to be injected with drug that make s every nerve ending in body feel like its on fire but ctu use sensory exhastion instead. andrew needs to convince his captor what he saw on internet wont interfere with there plans,they pull up under motorway bridge to talk.chloe uses the cctv camera to watch them(ctu seems able to take over everthing other agencys use to use for there own ends).andrew is beaten by terrorist chloe went to school with him thats how he knew to call her at ctu she tells jack to stop the terrorist beating up andrew he kills some baddies but the terrorist that captured andrew he lets drive off so he can follow him 942amheller plans to let his daughter audrey try to escape.marianne taylor gets to ctu to work,curtis gets chloe to put a firewalla round her systems so she cant stray from her assignment.chloe uses edgars(big fat man) pc(computer) to steal bandwidth use of sattelite. richard thinks hes had 3 0r 4 hours of sensory disorientation but its only been 30 mins. terrorist goes into petrol station to pay for fuel, chloes request fro sattelite time is in a que but jack needs it now to track the terrorist at a distance so jack decides he has to delay the terrorist somehow from leaving the store. debbie arives at beyrous house. jack pretends to hold up the petrol station in order to delay the terrorist from leaving when he wont be able to track him.
